Hi Bylead,
I've had alot of people asking me about pedal modifications, and
whether we still modify pedals or not.

The short answer is yes, we do, but haven't advertised them much.

Basically, when I released the "how to modify effect pedals" book
several years ago it created alot of problems for me. One of the big
problems is that there are TONS of people modifying pedals using the
exact modifications that I have in the book. This means that "xyz" company
may do the exact same modifications as "abc" company. I never meant
for it to be that way, I was just trying to help others get a better
sounding pedal for cheap.

And, at the same time I simply don't feel comfortable doing the
exact same modifications as someone else is doing, even if they are
actually doing the modifications I created in the first place.

Here's what I decided to do though. I'm in the process of creating
all new modifications for several different pedals. These mods are
completely original ones, and will NOT be released into a DIY book
of any sort.

I'd like YOUR help though, Bylead - Which pedal you would
like to see different mods for? what kind of mods do you feel that
particular pedal needs?

Hi Bylead,
Hope you are doing well!

You may or may not know that I'm a HUGE fan of Warehouse Speakers
(the brand). I put them in all my amps, as I feel they are WAY superior
to just about anything out there currently.

I picked up a couple of speakers from them recently and did a few
videos for you.

A comparison on a Fender Bassman RI, stock vs. WGS speakers:

And, my Vox AC30cc2 (yes, the cheaper one!) with WGS speakers. If
you like Celestion Blues, you are going to flip your lid over these!
Here's that link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GDKipdRKSOs

I absolutely LOVE these speakers - check out the videos!
Talk to you later,
Brian
